I'm going to ask my friend Rhiannon if she would be my actor for my photos.
She fits into the genre of Kerrang! and actually reads it weekly.

Cover Photo Plan

I've Decided I'm going have one person on my cover using this as my style model.
This cover is not too busy and follows it's house style pretty faithfully.

These are some of the style models I'm looking at basing my music magazine on.

These covers mostly have one or two people in the shot, so I'm thinking of doing the same with my cover photo.

Kerrang! analysis

Kerrang! always has the name of the magazine behind or in front of the band/artist they are focusing in that issue. 

Kerrang! tends to stick with primary colours with its house style (mostly red and yellow unless its a special issue). The house style is pretty recognisable.

Kerrang! audience

Kerrang! is a magazine focused on rock and metal music. the magazine targets 15-35 year old males, however there are lots of female readers. Kerrang! is cheaper than some other magazines, costing £2.20.
