A media institution is a company or organization that is accountable for media text such as music magazines. They deal in the creation and distribution of advertising, entertainment, and information. Kerrang adn Mojo’s Bauer Media Group is a good example of such a company. An institution can be any company or organisation that produces, distributes or exhibits music magazines.
One institution that would likely distribute my magazine would be Bauer Media. They distribute a wide range of different magazines in different genres, some of which are very similar to my magazine.
